We offer two types of appointments for students:

1:1 Video Conference
A 30-minute live session with a Writing Specialist. Submit your paper at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full review (writing, grammar, and APA). During the session, you’ll go over feedback, ask questions, and work through concerns. These sessions can also be used for brainstorming or Q&A without submitting a paper.

Paper Feedback (PF)
This is an email-based appointment—no live meeting. Submit your paper at least 24 hours before, and you’ll receive written feedback and resources by email. A paper is always required for PF appointments.

Policies

Papers are limited to 10 pages per appointment (title page and references not included).

To review more than 10 pages, you must email asupowc@gmail.com
for approval at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Only one appointment per class may be scheduled at a time.

All papers must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

A 30-minute appointment that entails both a paper review and a face-to-face meeting with a writing center specialist via video conferencing.

This appointment is conducted via email and entails only a paper review.

If no times show up, we may be fully booked.
We recommend that you check all writing specialist availability and check back frequently, as students cancel and new availability becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we are currently working to open more appointment slots.
